Berlin Comics Fellowship and Comics Residency in Paris 2026
On May 9, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. in the event hall of the Museum for Communication, as part of the Comic Invasion Berlin festival, the recipients of the 2026 Comic Grants— Nino Bulling, Anita Erling, Yiitong Feng, Bernhard Hage, Lizz Lunney, Claire Paq, and the recipient of the 2026/27 Berlin Comic Residency in Paris, Leonie Ott, will be introduced. Following welcoming remarks by the Museum for Communication and the Senate Department for Culture and Social Cohesion, Axel Halling, Chairman of the German Comics Association (Deutscher Comicverein e.V.), will moderate a discussion with the comic grant recipients. Afterward, the exhibition featuring the selected artists’ works will open on the second floor of the museum. It will be on view through August 30, 2026.
