Angoulême International Comics Festival 2018

For the fifth time in a row, the German Comics Association presented and sold comics from Germany at its booth at the Angoulême International Comics Festival. As in previous years, partners included the Erlangen International Comic Salon and the Goethe-Institut Paris.

Artist guests present for signings at the booth, some of whom have published works in French, included Jens Harder, Tanja Esch, Ulli Lust, Sascha Hommer, Kathrin Klingner, Robert Deutsch and the magazine “Welten”. Ulli Lust presented her new book “How I tried to be a good person” at an event dedicated to her on Saturday.
